CLI's 2025 Vision Statement

CLI Supporters,

As we all work to get through the Coronavirus pandemic, CLI continues to plan for future growth. Over the last 4 months, we have solicited input within our organization from leadership and staff in both the DRC and the United States to create our organizational vision for 2025. Now, we’d like to hear from you! Below, you can find our simplified goals for 2025. There are a few more details that we track internally, but we’re focusing on simplicity in order to achieve clarity of purpose.

Vision 2025

1) In 2025, we provide a world-class leadership education to over 3,500 Congolese youth each year.

2) CLI alumni execute change by launching over 700 entrepreneurial endeavors each year and achieving professional success.

3) These youth create a ripple effect through their commitment to peace and sustainable development across all sectors and stations of society.

Key Drivers

1) Growth in our remote learning program of 54x.

2) Increased efficiency: 470% reduction in cost per youth.

3) Revenue growth of 4x current year baseline.
